I had a fantastic experience with Dr. David Boehme and the entire team at Allegheny Vision Associates. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Boehme was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure comfort and clarity throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient—overall, just a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Boehme to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor!

I truly cannot speak highly enough of AVA. Between their timely, efficient, and thorough communication and accessibility - along with their just overall customer service, they are UNMATCHED! Because of some newer eye issues, I’ve become somewhat of a “regular”, and know just about all of the staff by name in just a few short visits - and love them all dearly! The practice is family owned, which makes the care experience even that much more personalized and comforting. They genuinely care for their patients and are always seeking out the most up to date techniques and treatments to meet the needs of their clients. My family and I will soon be moving out of the south hills… but trust me when I say, I could be moving to an entirely different state and would STILL never change providers.

Allegheny Vision Associates is the best. Made sure my eye exam was done right. Each step was fully explained. Picked up my new glasses today. Glasses fit perfect and now have near perfect. And last but not least; the staff are awesome.

My daughter came here first and had a wonderful experience so I was excited to come and experience the same excellent service ! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as is everyone who works here and the Octomap technology is fantastic and sure beats the pants off having to be dilated ! 10/10 recommend!!

This family owned business provides individualized care and attention. My husband and I were so impressed and appreciative of their staff. It made picking out new glasses so easy (and fun)!

I took my son in for glasses. The entire staff was amazing and friendly. Dr. Boehme explained everything that he was doing during the exam. I am disabled and they even offered to bring my car up from the back lot for me. I thought that was the nicest thing. They really care. I would highly recommend them. I will be scheduling my own appointment soon.
